Press ➕ to find other users and open 1-on-1 direct messages (DM). Images & video: press 📎 (or paste/drag files) to send media — images are compressed in the browser first for speed, video up to 64MB. Tukuk ID: every account gets a permanent number (example 100042). Friends can find you by that number even if you change your name — DMs and old messages never break. Settings (⚙️): change name & bio, change password, friend list, find people, block/unblock, and sign out other devices. 📹 Calls: in a DM, press 📹 or 📞 for direct video/voice calls between devices — the incoming screen shows who is calling (name, Tukuk ID, friend or not) before you answer. 🎭 Prank: press the mask button in the send bar to show a fake fullscreen incoming call with a custom name — works even offline. Now with direct dial: enter a real phone number and T Chat opens your phone's dialer with it (call goes out from your own number), plus a 🔊 voice-line soundboard for speakerphone pranks. 📻 Sound Wave: send a text (any length — long ones auto-split into numbered waves) as sound between two devices placed next to each other (ggwave, runs 100% locally) — works even when neither device has internet. 🪪 My card pairs Tukuk IDs by sound: the listener gets one-tap add-friend / DM buttons. Fill a number and press 📲 Dial & prank: T Chat opens your device's phone dialer with that number pre-filled (the real call goes out from your own number — caller-ID spoofing is illegal). The incoming screen then shows that number, and 🔊 Board gives one-tap voice lines for speakerphone pranks.
A fake incoming-call screen appears fullscreen with ringtone & vibration. While ringing, “TukuCaller” will look up the ID then show a tag + disguise report in the style of caller-ID apps — all made up for laughs, local only, no real call & works even offline.

Powered by ggwave (MIT, runs fully local): text → sound → text. Put two devices next to each other — one plays, one listens — and it works even when neither has internet: no server, no account, no pairing. Turn the volume up. Texts over ~90 characters are split into numbered waves and rejoined automatically with 🧩 on the listening side. 🪪 My card waves your Tukuk ID + name so the other device gets one-tap ➕ Friend and 💬 DM buttons — no typing. 🔊 Audible is reliable; 🤫 Ultrasound is nearly silent but fails more often near noisy speakers.

When a friend is offline, T Chat can deliver your DMs to their phone as an SMS via the paired relay — and their text replies appear back in the chat. Link your own number so replies reach you. Leave blank to unlink.
Your Tukuk ID is permanent — only the name can be changed.

Friends are stored as Tukuk IDs, so friendship survives name changes.
Blocked people can't send you DMs — and you can't reply either until the block is lifted. Chat history stays readable. They aren't notified, and don't appear in their searches.
