Sagholasheni is a village in the Kareli Municipality of Shida Kartli, Georgia. It is part of the Breti community. The village lies on the Shida Kartli plain, on the left bank of the East Prone River, at an elevation of 650 metres above sea level and 6 kilometres from Kareli. The Sagholasheni Church of the Dormition of the Mother of God is located in the village. Sagholasheni was mentioned in the description of Prince Ioane of Georgia from 1794–1799.
