Buhanda is an administrative ward in Kigoma-Ujiji District of Kigoma Region in Tanzania. The ward covers an area of 5.5 km2 (2.1 sq mi), and has an average elevation of 864 m (2,835 ft). In 2016 the Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics reported there were 8,397 people in the ward, from 7,629 in 2012.
