💼 Salary Converter

hourly ⇄ weekly ⇄ monthly ⇄ annual · your hours, not assumed · overtime rate

Salary comparisons go wrong on two hidden assumptions: how many hours a year you actually work, and whether overtime counts. Both are inputs here instead of fine print. All figures are gross pay — no tax, CPF/EPF, or benefits maths is attempted, because those are country-specific and this page would rather be exact about arithmetic than vague about law.

Why "×12" and "×52" both lie

A month is not a twelfth of a pay week cycle and a year is not 52 working weeks once leave is counted. The honest conversion runs through your actual hours per week and weeks per year — everything else (monthly, annual) falls out of that single schedule. Change 50 to 48 to see your holiday reality, or set the hours to your contracted week.
