Calculators turn 1/3 into 0.3333333 and lose the plot. This one keeps fractions as pairs of integers (BigInt), so every answer is exact: the working is printed, the result is reduced by the greatest common divisor, and you also get the mixed number and the decimal.

Why 0.1 + 0.2 ≠ 0.3 here (but does in calculators)

Ordinary computer numbers are binary fractions: 1/3 and 1/10 have no exact form, so a floating-point calculator answers 1/3 + 1/6 with 0.49999999999999994-style dust. This page never converts to floating point for the maths — numerator and denominator stay integers (BigInt), addition uses the lowest common denominator, and reduction divides by the Euclidean GCD. The decimal line is shown only as a convenience at the end.
