The quickest quiz that needs no account: one line is one question, split by | — question first, then the correct answer, then up to two wrong options. Distractors are optional (a two-option question works), the option order reshuffles on every sit, and the whole quiz is plain text you can email to a classmate who pastes it in and plays.
On writing distractors worth the name
A good wrong answer is a mistake somebody actually makes: the unit you forgot to convert, the plural you dropped, the second-best fact that is true of something else. Pick those and the quiz teaches discrimination, not just memory; pick banana and pineapple and it becomes a joke with a scoreboard. Two options is the minimum this tool accepts, three is the sweet spot, and four is where tired students start reading the last option first because they have learned to skip the first three.
