📆 Weekly Study Grid

ℹ️ What this tool does & how it works

Blocked practice — all of one subject until it is done — feels efficient and fades fastest; interleaving spreads the same hours so each subject is re-met just as it starts to slip. This grid does the spreading mechanically: round-robin the subjects, three sessions a day maximum, and the week hands itself back as a printable table.

Why three a day is the cap

There is a ceiling on how much focused recall a school day can carry before quality collapses — three honest hours beats six attended ones. The cap also does a scheduling trick: with at most three sessions a day, the grid always leaves room for the assembly, the match and the bad night, which is the difference between a plan that survives February and a poster on the wall.
